Review: I ordered jewelry in December of 2014 it was returned to the company for repairs and have not gotten anything back.Desired Settlement: refund or store credit immediately given by company no more empty promises, thank you

Review: I hosted a Coookie Lee Jewelry party in my home with their local Omaha consultant, [redacted]. I placed a final order over the phone with [redacted] on Nov 15, 2013. On November 20, 2013 my CC was charged for 138.66. [redacted] stated several items were on back order. After repeated attempts to reach out to [redacted], she told me my jewelry had arrived. I let her know I would pick it up as another package she had mailed to a customer of mine has not ever arrived. I arrived at her home on January 9, 2014 to pick up the jewelry. She was not home and claimed she had the jewelry in her car. She said she would mail it and get me a tracking number. I have not received the jewelry or the tracking number as of January 15, 2014. I contacted Cookie Lee January 10 and they gave her 2 days to respond, which she has not. They sent her an email and told me their policy is to give their consultants 10 more days to respond. I spoke with [redacted] and she said the company will not refund my money(as [redacted] has already pocketed that herself) and IF they have the jewelry in stock they will send it to me but not until after January 28,2014.I believe I am also going to file a police report as it is theft, plain and simple. I paid for a product and never received it. So much for customer service. I feel I have gotten the run around from [redacted] and now Cookie Lee as well. Cookie Lee claims they stand behind their consultants first and foremost and it seems their customers can fend for themselves.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would prefer a refund but would take either the money or jewelry. Cookie Lee says the consultant received the money so they won't refund anything. I think it is their responsibility to fulfill this order or send a refund. I don't really care who got the money. I don't want to wait for them to casually send the jewelry...I just want this whole mess over with!

Review: IN May 2013 an estranged family member used my identity along with my SS# and false phone numbers, email address and physical address and signed me up as a representative with Cookie Lee all unbeknownst to me. When I discovered this I was given information from a [redacted], customer service with Cookie Lee and a letter along with copies of invoices where items were ordered under my so called representative account but shipped to the "Up Line" [redacted]. She clearly state this was fraud and identity theft. I followed up with the Penn State Police because [redacted] lives in PA and also Georgia SP because I am a Georgia representative. I asked for some form of confirmation that Cookie Lee would investigate this situation and they blatantly told me today my contract is expired and will do nothing!Desired Settlement: If this company is so reputable I would feel they would be willing to help me press charges in these serious offenses and as a business this is a terrible way of handling the whole situation by allowing a representative of their company to do with without any retribution. I simply feel a MAJOR code of ethics has been crossed and I am still pressing charges but the help from this company I feel should be minimal for the actions that have occurred from their representative.
