I placed an order online for a holiday gift to be shipped to NYI was surprised when the package arrived at my doorWhen we called we were told that they have problems with online orders and that this happens often by mistakeThey offered to have the packaged picked up the same day and delivered to the correct addressI thought this was a reasonable solution to the problem
Later that evening I received a call and was told that FedEx would not be able to pick up the package for four days and they suggested that I place the cookies in the freezer until thenThis was not an acceptable resolution, sending frozen cookies as a giftI was then told that it was not their fault that the package was delivered to the wrong address, it was mineThe owner was extremely rude and wouldn't offer any resolution to the problemShe hung up on me and claimed I was rude but in reality she was the one that was rude She also blamed her temporary employee for misinforming earlier me about the online order mistakesShe then told me that it was my own fault and that I did not put the correct ship to address on my orderI was ordering a holiday gift and even had to look up my aunt's address and clearly remember typing it in and checking to make sure it was accurateThere is no way that I typed in the incorrect ship to address on this order
I found this company to have a complete lack of customer service and I will never order from them again and want to warn others
