Review: I met a rep at my job health fair. He promised home cooked meal, came in late and took up too much of our time with the demo.Everyone was nice, until I changed my mind and decided to ask for a refund. The only person who could process was out of the office for about a month, that by the time refund was processed my credit card company charged interest on the price of the cookware, which is not cheap $3999 plus tax. Of course, they never reimburse for that charge.They also promised me a metal bowl if I host a dinner, which I did, but I have never received the bowl. Although, the front office person confirmed my mailing address a couple of times.This is just one of the bad experiences I had gone thru, you can find more on Yelp[redacted], the co owner replied to some of them on Yelp, but was never available via phone or email.Thanks for the opportunity to make things right.Desired Settlement: I just hope this will help other customer receive their refund sooner that 1 month and the company would help their customers sooner, be more responsive.I would like to get refund for credit card interest charge but can't provide any details, as it has been a while since events occurred. I would also like to receive the mixing bowl I was promised. I do not want the cooking class tickets in leu of refund.
