Cook's Appliance Service

I purchased a GE magnetron from Robby Cook through ebay with a 90 day warranty. It failed before the 90 days so I called them and was only able to leave a message. I was not called back. I found their web site and wrote them a note explaining my concerns and still now response. I made another call no response, then a last email explaining I would be writing a negative review if I do not hear from them. I had to purchase another mag form another dealer and it worked well on install. I wrote I had done this so they would know the mag from them was faulty, yet no response. They do not honor their warranty and will not answer any attempt to contact them. Very frustrating.
