Revdex.com:when I took my puppy in the groomer did say there was some matting and would need a shorter cut than normal When I dropped him off the groomers did say he would need a shorter cut than normal because of some matting but nobody said they were going to shave all his fur offalso when I picked him up I did say to the groomer he is shaking he's never done that beforeall she kept saying is he did very goodi was just in shock it didn't even look like the same dogand I had no way of knowing when I left that he would cry all the way homei accept that his fur was matted in spots but I should have been consulted if they were planning on doing such a drastic cut
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
