Review: Business caused damage to rear spoiler on SUV, appeared plastic lip was warped during heating process in paint booth. Business has failed to keep in contact with us. We returned to business within an hour after picking up the vehicle when we noticed the damage. They said they would call back after speaking with manager who was out. We called them on 4/26/2016 and they called back a day later accepting responsibility, advising a part would be ordered and should arrive in a few days and they would call to schedule install. Having not heard from them we called on 5/10/2016 and they advised they part "just came in" that they would paint it and allow it to air dry. Was told it should be done in 1 or 2 days. Have not heard from business since.
It should also be noted that the vehicle was originally delivered in terrible condition. The repair required the removal of the headliner. On original pickup attempt there were 12+ oil or grease smudge marks along headliner, rear of leather seats, and leather door trim. The vehicle is a 2016 model with only 6,000 miles it was not given to them in that condition.Desired Settlement: We desire to have this repair fixed. If the business is unable to resolve this matter to our satisfaction by Friday 5/20 at 8:00 am we will be pursuing other, competent, body shops to complete the repair and will be amending or filing a new claim and/or seeking compensation for this repair through legal means. It may also become necessary for us to seek compensation for excessive time missed from work dealing with this issue.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Review: They did a service of one of my vehicles through an insurance claim. They messed up on my vehicle more then once, so they bought my vehicle from me during the month in October. I just received a letter in the mail that my registration was suspended. They have had since October to re-register the vehicle they bought from me.Desired Settlement: I would like this to stay on file throughout the company's history of business.
