Work was done but material was not removed from yard.On 02/25,16, [redacted] Plumbing crew came to my mom's house to replace plumbing. After work was done, the crew left without removing material from her yard. When I went to pay for work on 02/26/16, I spoke to the owner's wife and she said she will remind the crew to go by and remove the debris on Monday, 02/29. I follow up with her on 03/01 to let her know that the material was still there and she said that they will get it but they are having vehicle problem. I have left several messages with no response and as of to-date the material is still in my mom's back yard which I have pictures as documents.Desired SettlementWould like for them to come and remove the material from my mom's back yard.Business Response We replaced the drain lines at Mr. [redacted] mothers house, Mr. [redacted] mother told 2 of my men to just put the old pipe in a neat pile and they would handle it. Mr. [redacted] called and wanted to know when the trash would be picked up , and I told him they would be by to get it. Then my men told me what the mother had said about leaving it. I spoke with Mr. [redacted] after receiving this complaint and told him hat any pipes that were already in the home belonged to his mother, The new pipes belonged to me until they were paid for. The bill has been aid so therefore the new pipes are hers also. We don't usually haul old pipe off without a fee because we feel the pipe that came from under the house are her property. I do have two witnesses that Mr. [redacted] mother said to just pile up the old pipe. I saw Mr. [redacted] yesterday at a store and told him his mom said to my 2 men to just put it in a pile. He proceeded to call his mother and then come back into the store and call me a [redacted] liar and said my men were lying and I got my men over there to tell him what his mother had said. I take pride in making my customers happy and always have. I gave them a good deal and looked out for his mother on the price also.Consumer Response On March 10, his wife called me at 12:20 p.m. (phone log) after receiving the complaint and stated they were still having truck issues, but will come by to get the trash because she understand my concern of the boxes an pipes being left. I have not spoken to [redacted] until I saw him at a store and this is when he stated that my mom stated to leave the trash. I called my mom for proof and she stated she did not tell his crew to leave the trash. Yes, I was and still am disappointed of the unprofessional manner on how this situation has been handle and I want to make sure that no one else will be misled. I do have pictures of boxes and pipes that were left in the back yard.
