I would
first like to apologize to the customer for the delay in getting their
lightning affidavitWe prepared it and contacted the customer who then came
and picked it upThe delay in
preparation is not acceptable and I will be
looking into this and making sure that it is handled so that this does not
happen againWe assisted Mr[redacted] in completing the financing application
for that financing according to the lender's instructions and verified Mr
[redacted] IDThe purchase was financed on promotional terms that Cook's
offers through our partnership with the lenderWe would be happy to
provide the customer with the signed copies of the credit application and sales
slip signed by Mr[redacted] authorizing the credit card and transaction for
$7,The issue with their unit which caused it to have issues heating was
a setting and was fixed without issue and to the best of my knowledge the unit has been functioning
properly sinceAlthough we regret the that the
lightning affidavit was not completed in a timely manner, we have been as
transparent as possible, and at no time during the process was any effort made
to mislead the customer about the financing or any aspect of the saleThe
delay of the lightning affidavit was not acceptable and will be addressed
accordinglyI sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused
the customerIf Mror Mrs[redacted] has any issues with their unit or have
any further questions regarding their unit or financing we would be happy to
help in any way that we can
