On 4-17-2017, Mr*** had his vehicle towed to Howard Buick GMC to have 2keys madeThere were no keys with the vehicle when it was towed inWe were able to acquire the codes for these keys through the manufacturer, General MotorsUnfortunately, the codes supplied did not operate the doors or
the ignition system after cutting the keys to this codeWe at that time informed Mr*** that the only way to get the vehicle started or allow the key to work in the door was to replace the cylinders in the door and the steering column with replacementsHe authorized the work and we proceeded with the repairsApproximately one month later Mr*** came back and had two remotes replacedWe also made those repairs

Once again, it was unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] got hurt on his job, and the bank tried to verify after the fact. It is my understanding that he should be returning back to work in the very near future. Again we will be able to get you financed. I wish we can do more for you, but at this time we can’t. [redacted]

prove that he works forty hours a week. Once he returns back to work the finance company will approve the loan as long as he doesn’t have any other credit issues. With regards to their previous vehicle which was returned to the bank they could try to contact the bank that carried the loan and see if they can redeem the vehicle.
