Revdex.com,I responded to the below complaint, but wanted to add something. I had to respond on my phone and was unable to type everything I wanted to say when accepting the business's offer.When I went to the business yesterday to accept their response, I received credit on my card and my wife's ring back. I wanted them to fix the ring, but since I received a full refund I figured it was ok and I would find someone else to do the work. While there the owner said if I did not respond to the Revdex.com by today that I would be hearing from their Lawyer. I did not take the bait of their thinly veiled threat but instead left the store. After I submitted my response on the Revdex.com website, I was able to see their response that said the store will no longer service me as a customer. This is not a personal attack on the business or individual, and from what I understand about business having an MBA myself, the company cannot deny service to someone unless they either break the law or rules of the business. In their response to the Revdex.com they said they would no longer service me, this indicates that there was something that I did that was wrong, but last I checked freedom of speech and the ability to complain about a business to the Revdex.com was a right that Americans have, for a business to say that in their response is a lack of respect for the customer and the Revdex.com. This business has continued to be nasty in the way they treat customers with any criticism. While I may be slightly satisfied with the company's response, I believe that the Revdex.com should folland let them know that these are things they cannot do to customers.Respectfully,*** *** ***

Phone response - refunded 100% of consumers money, no work was performed, the business will no longer serve this consumer.
