Cook's Pest Control

I have used Cook's Pest Control for over 6 months. It took 4 full monthly treatments for the ants to go away. Our technician, [redacted], has tried his hardest by returning to our home and trying different things. He seems genuinely concerned.

However, I do not share the same positive feeling for the home office. Cook's runs television ads that promise a 110% guarantee on their service. While I recognize that not every visit should be 100% effective, it has taken them much longer to rid us of this issue than [redacted] had hoped.

I wrote the office on the Cook's website and asked if I could have a month free because of this, and I got no response. I have called the office, and I brought it up with [redacted] when he gave us our bill. So, I did not send in the bill. I still have no response on their guarantee, but I did get a handwritten notice on my door demanding payment. They have completely ignored their advertised promise.
