STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. ONE OF OUR VEHICLES WAS SERVICED BY THIS REPAIR SHOP AND BECAUSE OF THEIR COMPLETE AND UTTER NEGLIGENCE THE VEHICLE WAS IN A HORRIBLE ACCIDENT. IN SHORT, THE VEHICLE HAD TWO NEW TIRES PLACED ONTO THE CAR...WHILE DRIVING ALL FIVE LUG NUTS CAME OFF OF THE DRIVERS SIDE WHERE THEY DID THE WORK, AND INTURN A LOSS OF CONTROL BY THE DRIVER. TOW TRUCK DRIVER DETERMINED THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE LUG NUTS WERE LOOSE AS WELL. MR. CHARLES *** WAS THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WHO BLATANTLY EXPLAINED ON THE DAY OF SERVICE THAT HE HAD JUST COME FROM THE EYE DOCTOR, RIGHT BACK TO WORK AFTER HAVING HIS EYES DILATED. SPOKE WITH THE OWNER OF THE ESTABLISHMENT *** WHO WAS OH SO VERY RUDE, SHOWED NO EMPATHY, Or SYMPATHY. THEY ARE ASSUMING NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL. LIFE IS SO VERY PRECIOUS...THANK GOD FOR SPARING OUR LOVE ONES LIFE. #***

I am very sorry for your experience and I am thankful that your child is well. As you know, I sent the inspector from the insurance agency out to you immediately after your call, as well as explained to you that I don't understand how this could have happened since we take safety precautions such as hand torquing every lug nut which your son saw Charles do. I informed you that the insurance would handle everything and their findings' determined that this vehicle had over 2000 miles put on it since installing the tires and 30 days had passed since we had touched the vehicle. The vehicle also had major front end issues that needed to be addressed, which was stated on the invoice and your son declined to have those addressed at that time. Your son told us that he was going to have the vehicle worked on at another shop the following weekend. The inspector did not find in your favor. Had the investigation found us at fault of course we would have taken care of the issue.
