Review: On 09/23/2014, Cook's Tree Service removed two trees from my property. The agreed upon price was to include cutting down the trees, grinding down the stumps into wood chips, and removing the wood chips from the property. One tree was in the front yard, the other was in the back yard. Cook's only removed the ground up wood chips from the tree cut down in the front yard. They left a pile of wood chips in the back yard where that tree stood. On 09/25/2014, I called Al C[redacted] and complained about the wood chips left in the back yard. He promised that before the winter came, he would send a crew back to remove the wood chips. To this day, the wood chips have not been removed, and I would like them removed as promised. I am a widow in my 80s who decided to hire Cook's over another tree removal service because Cook's advertises in my Church bulletin. I never thought I would be taken advantage of and lied to.Desired Settlement: I want this issue resolved by 08/31/2015 or sooner. I want these wood chips removed without destroying my grass in the process. My back yard is easily accessible so this should not be a problem if the correct equipment and workers are assigned to the task.
