I would give them stars if possibleThe lady at the counter was rude & accused me of smoking in the vehicle because of an ash on the window& her rude little minion shouted at my husband, when he spoke to defend meShe tried to charge my card $without confirming with me first, and their customer service was no help at all, the guy barely spoke English & used racial slurs, but got offended when I accused him of being racistThis company SOUNDS good, with low ratesBut they jack up the price at drop offStars for Budget Rental & the lady, too
