We are sorry that your A/C is having issues. Yes we were original installers. We had a 1-year service contract with the general contractor after initial installation. After the one year, any A/C company can service the A/C and still honor the manufacturer’s 5-year warrantyWe are
currently not taking any service appointments. Sorry for the inconvenience
