I have used Cool Air Services for nearly years They have been responsive to all my A/C issues - even on Sundays (My A/C usually seems to fail on a weekend!) The techs that come to my home have been the same over the years and that says a lot about a company
This year I had major incidents with my A/C:
The first was a line was cut by the HOA's landscaper and they wanted to send over their A/C people to repair it Cool Air's owner took time from her busy day to walk me through the process to be sure that the repair would be done properly Good thing, as the repair was not going to be done that way and the tech was impressed that I knew what really had to be done other than what he was instructed to do (I imagine to save money)
The second, my A/C died after many years of hard work in SFL The owner patiently answered all my numerous emails and phone inquiries and answered all my questions about my replacement options I am confident that I made the correct choice for the new unit for the size of my home
