This complaint involves a vehicle I attempted to have repaired but instead I was humiliated and disrespected by one of their employees On Tuesday, May 2nd I brought in my [redacted] to have the A/C servicedI was cordially greeted by an employee named [redacted] He took my keys, started the vehicle and turned the A/C on to see exactly what was wrongHe then stated that he had to get "cleaned up" and he would be back shortlyAt approximately 2:pm I received a call from my wife [redacted] and told her that I was getting the truck looked atApproximately minutes later I noticed that Mr [redacted] was off to the side of the building eating a sandwichMy mother (who had trailed me to the shop) noticed that he had been walking around with an older gentleman (another mechanic) looking for somethingAt 2:pm I hung up with my wife because the older mechanic was starting to hook something up to my truck to check the freeon levelOnce he realized that he couldn't reach it he stated that he had to get a stool which would enable him to hook up this deviceOnce he got the stool he then looked at me and said somethingI couldn't hear him clearly because the engine was running and the hood was obviously openI got closer and asked him if he could repeat what he said and he stated "is the a/c on?" I then looked inside of the truck, saw that it was turned on and told him that it was onHe then looked at me again and mouthed somethingI asked him if something was wrong and he said that there were several issuesI stated "so it's more than just the freeon level?" And he said yesHe then proceeded to tell me a story about how he runs his shopHe then asked me if I knew what he does to people that just want to stand there and I said noHe told me to stick out my hand (I was assuming that he was telling me some type of joke) and he hooks this device on my finger and basically told me that I would be a stand for himHe then followed with saying that he doesn't allow two people to look at the engineI stated to him that the only reason I even came close to him or my truck was because I couldn't hear what he was sayingHe said that he didn't care why I did it and he doesn't allow two people to look at the engineI stated to him that I'm a disabled combat veteran and I have significant hearing lossI also stated that I didn't care to look at the engine and I only got close to hear what he was sayingHe stated that he didn't care and at that point I told him that I no longer wanted my vehicle serviced thereHe snatched the device off the engine, attempted to slam the hood and said "well get out of here then." My mother asked me what happened and I stated that we were leaving because this mechanic had some sort of attitudeI then told him that I would inform as many people as I could about the service I received there and how my disability was completely ignoredI then gave a review of this company via my personal Facebook page and their page but instead of an apology this company accused me of "setting them up" and claimed that I took pictures of their building two hours prior to coming thereThese accusations are completely and I have time stamped photos to prove thisThe pictures clearly show that they were taken (a total of were taken) with the first one being at 2:pm and the last at 2:pmAlso the previously mentioned [redacted] also commented on my post and used profanity by stating that I was [redacted] " at them and they "don't do [redacted] there (whatever that means)This company has been completely unprofessional and it is evident that they confine and encourage their employees to be unprofessional as wellIf needed I can provide my wife's phone number to confirm the time of the phone as well as my mother's phone numberI've already contacted [redacted] about this issue as well I would like some sort of disciplinary action taken against [redacted] , the mechanic who disrespected me and whoever is utilizing their Facebook page to respond to messagesI would also like to be kept informed of what actions were taken and what plan the owner has put into place to keep this from happening againI would also like the owner to issue an apology to me in writing and delivered in person
