So, my gf & I were gone for a week on vacation come home with puddle under the sinkRO/DI system went outBackflow created water damageI called Cool Blew plumbingGuy comes out changes a small adapter & leavesNot fixedCall them back, they come back out & Im told my tank is badPaid $for new tank & laborDoesnt even turn it onLeavesI had to turn it onStill not workingI call them back, ask for a different plumberNew plumber comes out tells me I need a whole new RO/DI reverse osmosis unitSInce I already paid $200, he'll "only" charge me $No thanksI look on [redacted] ***, find [redacted]  out of AnthemComes in - $for a flow restrictor valveThats all it was the whole timeNew company was very professional, took his time, explained everythingI would use them without hesitationCoolblew - what a nightmare !!!! I will never use them againThey were unprofessionalDidnt know what they were doing & tried to rip me offCalled them 3x to talk to a manager, who apparently is too busy as he never called me back

Very bad customer service, had an issue where current tenants did not allow access to home for installSalesman Chris R [redacted] initially charged me then later said not to worry, then called me very angry said I owed him a larger amount, told him givery me something in writing never did till after install was complete, called him to explain why and was pretty much yelled at could not even talk to himThis is waiting days for them to install ac that he never told company we were ready for them, I had to call them direct Would not recommend these liars

Terrible customer serviceI had a pipe burst in my home on Sunday and notified my home warranty companyCool Blew contacted me a few hours later and said they would be to my home mid morning on TuesdayTuesday morning I called them to get a better idea of when they might be there and they said sometime between 10-I wait at my place for four hours and after not receiving any sort of notification I called them againThe dispatcher told me that their technician decided to take another call ahead of mineNo phone call or anythingThe tech finally showed up after and made the repairThe worst part of this whole experience is that we didn't have running water for two days and I have a babyI explained this to them and the people at Cool Blew couldn't care lessNot one person apologized to me throughout this entire ordeal

Just had a tech from Cool Blew hereHad to use them per home warrantyWhat a lazy bumDidn't even check the splitCame down after maybe minutes and said everything is working fineYeah that's why I called you because my AC is in working conditionAre you serious? We aren't getting the cold air we set our thermostat toMaybe you would have known that if you checked the splitsWill never use this companyI advise you stay far far away or prepare to pay for nothing

We called [redacted] today and we were able to determine that there was some misunderstanding on the complete scope of work that was completed at both propertiesWe are going to work with [redacted] to make sure all concerns are addressed and that the insulation that needs to be blown into his attic gets completedWe will also complete any repairs that are needed with the air filter installation at the [redacted] address [redacted] -Cool Blew

I have used Cool Blew for several years They are always professional and quick to fix my issues Recently our AC went out and I left a message after hours I received a call the next morning and service by 1:30pm that day They fixed and serviced my unit for parts and labor The service man was professional he intelligently told me about my unit and what to expect in the future Thank you Cool Blew!!

Cool Blew....good company However, it is techs like Jimmy who make the company great! This guy came to my home 8/23/and was nothing less than AMAZING! He knew his job, he knew what he was talking about, and he took pics to back it upHe explained everything to me & showed me the pics so that it made senseJimmy knows his stuff and arrived at the resolution without costing me anything out of pocket What was reported as the issue initially was not the issue so that being said...."Thank you Jimmy, you are as rare and as real as they come!"

We did not know that Mr [redacted] was upset with the dollar amount of replacing the line set The line set replacement is what the manufacturer recommends to correct the problem Cool Blew installed the system to manufacturer specs and we installed system using existing line set The line set is secured inside the wall to the structure which is causing the noise The estimated $charge that we gave him was to replace the line set so that it is not tied to the structure which will eliminate the noise The line set replacement was not a part of the original bid and this problem usually does not happen when the original line set is used The noise is not being caused from the new refrigerant running at a higher pressure but is being caused from the mechanical operation of the compressor We have the manufacturer's technical support come to the home to check the noise and line set replacement is what technical support recommended to solve the noise problem We will contact Mr [redacted] and come up with a resolution so that the noise is eliminated and that he has no further complaints.Thank you, [redacted] Cool Blew
