Cool Blue Pool Service

I have been paying for a service that this company has not been providing. For the last three weeks, the problems I have encountered continue to build. I am home when the pool technician services my pool and immediately inspect it after the technician leaves. For the last three weeks, there has been dirt and debris left in the bottom of my pool. The technician has left my pump/filter running for 8 hours at a time without my knowledge. I suppose this doesn't matter to him since he does not have to pay my electric bill. The technician also put chlorine tabs into my pool even though we have a salt cell. I have reached out to Shane (owner) on several occasions and his solution was to terminate my service vs. address the incompetency of his staff.

Shane, and all the employees associated with Cool Blue Pool Service in Phoenix, have been wonderful. We hired them a few months ago and they have kept our pool sparkling clean, for a fair price. We dealt with Shane to fix a few, superficial cracks in our pebble tec as well as repair an electric switch and motor for our waterfall feature. He did it quickly, efficiently and was always extremely pleasant to do business with. I highly recommend Cool Blue Pool Service!
