Cool Car Tags

Review: I contacted Cool Car Tags out of Winston Salem, NC about ordering custom plates and received an email from the owner [redacted] instructing me on how to process an order. I processed the order on Friday morning sent him the information for the plates paid for them and have not heard via email or phone regarding the proofs for the plates. Received a receipt that looks valid. Found a number for them this morning (Tuesday) and the recording says the magic jack customer is not available at this time. I have ordered online in the past and have had no problems, I am guessing in today's world of thieves I will need to research a company I am not familiar with. This was a Christmas gift that I can't replace.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my money back. Lesson learned and hope no one else is duped by this company.
