Then I would write down all the questions that I have about the service, you'll be glad you did later on. And now for the review: Drew was very kind and reassuring, he answered all my questions, and when I felt things were taking a little too long he calmly reassured me that things were right on track. So I guess what I'm saying is be patient let Drew do his job and things will be just fine. It's nice to know that someone is looking out for the little guy.
