Cool Climate

As a homeowner, first priority to your dwelling is comfort. I needed to replace my A/C and Heating units in my home that was "making do" with the system that had been in use since 1995. I asked around for estimates from a number of businesses and several answered my request only to either be too expensive or not being able to meet my requirements. When Karl (owner) came to my home, I showed him a problem I was having with the thermostat on the hall hall. It was not working so I became alarmed that it would not engage when the cold weather came. He pulled the face off and we replaced the batteries...lol. I was impressed for his knowledge of small things and he could have left and never heard from me again since the small problem was remedied refusing to charge me for the fix. I knew then this was a trustworthy company. Great work, great communication, affordable, profession-able appearance, clean up and promptness. GREAT company, workers and I can hardly say enough about Cool Climate to support our transaction. I HIGHLY recommend Cool Climate for any and all your comfort needs. Stunning work! Just stunning. I’m new to the area & was terrified about finding someone in the area. I found Cool Climate by who had the highest rating on the internet. Fast & SUPER friendly. I was so afraid of being “taken for a ride”. They are awesome. Don’t have any fear about using them!! I will always recommend them.

Had a great experience with Cool Climate at a very stressful and hot time. My AC wasn't keeping the house cool on one of our Texas summer days and called cool climate for help. Before making a appointment, they went over steps I could take to resolve the problem to see if they needed to come out. Unfortunately, the steps didn't fix the problem but they sent a crew out with in two hours. The service techs were able to fix the problem and house started to get cooler. Later the temperature was rising in the house and a bigger problem was revealed. I ended up having to get a ac replacement and was quoted a good price. This all happened on a Friday and the first day to get the replacement was Monday. The service tech went over ways to make the weekend temps somewhat comfortable until the replacement. Install crew arrived Monday and went to work. In about four hours the friendly crew got the job done. A+ to Cool Climate!!!!

I'm usually leary of businesses with a perfect 5 star rating, but after having to use Cool climate, it is very easy to see why they do have that perfect rating. Starting with their dispatcher, Janet, all the way down to the techs that came to my house, they truly do have unparalleled customer service. The whole entire team went above and beyond what was expected. They explained every step of the process (had to have my whole entire unit, inside and out replaced), and took the time to explain everything to me in layman's terms. I will absolutely use them again, and refer them to everyone! Thank you Cool Climate, for everything you've done for us!!!
