We have mentioned on our website shipping page that shipping could take 2-weeks, or more during peak seasonThe order was made on Nov, and we have already shipped out the item to customer and it is enrouteWe are thus unable to process a cancellation and refund.The reason why customer is
saying there is no tracking number, is because the item is enroute to a USPS facility and the current tracking number will show that the item is enroute/not found! The moment it reaches a USPS facility, he will be able to track the item.We wish we could ship faster, but we are able to offer this pricing only because we ship out direct from manufacturer to save on time/cost and have mentioned it in our FAQs on our website

I am rejecting this response because: I canceled this order on 12/6/17, long before it was shipped on 12/11/Here is chronology: 11/27--customer places order12/6--customer inquires on order status12/6--vendor replies order has not shipped12/6--customer cancels order (see attached email screenshot)12/11--vendor ships regardless Again, vendor shipped AFTER cancellation, not before as it claims
We have our cancellation policy in place, and usually once an order is made, we order the item and ship it to our processing and fulfillment centreThere, it is packed and prepped for shipping out, and when the customer had enquired regarding cancellation, the item has already been handed over to our shipping partnerWe were unable to recall back the item at that point in time, even though the item had not been shipped out

I am rejecting this response because: Again, order was cancelled on 12/6 and not shipped until 12/11. It is up to vendor to manage its shipping policies in a professional manner. 5 days is plenty of time to cancel an order. Plus, at no time was it ever communicated by business to me that this order would not arrive for many weeks (it has now been 24 days since order was placed).
Hi, our item has been shipped out and is currently in transit to customer. There was a delay due to overwhelming demand for this product, and the logistics company was also swamped with parcels and there was a delay in logistics. Package is now enroute to a USPS facility...
