Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The part where they say I declined doing the leak check , is a complete lie , I did everything he told me I needed to, when the technician came the 1st time It was only the 2nd time when they mentioned anything about a leak check to me , and the second guy even said I dont know why he didnt do a leak check and then he realized he shouldnt have said it and said he is a good guy and all that excuse Its hard to believe that the technician didnt mention anything about me declining anything on his service receiptwhen I got a 2nd opinion after they came the 2nd time , they told me if that much gas missing there was definitely a leak and they should have told you before they refilled it Either they are lying or they were trying to rip me off , and either way me and my family was at discomfortI attached a copy of there service receipt on the 1st call Regards, [redacted] **
