I've had Cool Days service my ac unit annually for three years, most recently June 3, 2016. Each time the tech showed up on time, was courteous, neat, and knowledgeable. He ran a few checks on the unit, added some freon, and was done in half an hour. No BS about needing this or that, upselling.
Others must also know of them as you might have to wait some time for routine service so schedule it before it gets hot.
