Deceptive advertising. Never received a confirmation email after placing my order. Charged $89.47 for a $5.95 product. When I called to question my charges I was told I needed to cancel my membership so I wouldn't be charged again. They canceled my membership. I asked for a confirmation email. I still have not received anything. I hope Karma catches up to this company and gives them just what they deserve for the deceptions they use to cheat their customers.

This company engages in deceptive business practices. They sell you a $4.95 product and then hide in the fine print that you will be charged $90.00 if you don't cancel within 14 days and return the product unopened. Don't fall for it. In addition I don't find there products to be of any quality compared to what I can get at a local dispensary and they are twice the cost!. Very deceptive company! Big rip off!!

I saw an online advertisement on my email from Radical Skin Science offering samples of their products. I decided to try te offer I was billed $27.42 on my Visa. Even before I had a chance to try the products, I was sent a jar of the cream and billed $89.47. I contacted the company and said I didn't want the cream and was told to return. I did as instructed and returned it within a day or two via UPS. Tracking number *** with an out side package #***.
I was instructed to contact the company in 3-4 days to verify it's arrival. I did so. After waiting approximately 2 1/2 months, there was sill no credit. Visa was going to look into it but told me that there wasn't anything that they themselves. I then contacted the return center but was told by "Mike" that because I contacted Visa a refund could not be issued and was promptly hung up on. I called the next day again and said I would contact you and said goodbye.
