I purchased a product called Flex-Neck electric neck and shoulder massager. The product took about 6 weeks to deliver. When I finally received it I tried it out for about a week. The product does not massage your neck, It shocks with stabbing electric shocks that jolt your head and neck. I decided to return it back to them for a refund. I followed all the return instructions on their website. I tracked my return back to them and now they are not refunding my money. I've been e-mailing customer support for weeks and they do not respond. I tried calling them and they do not accept voice calls. I've spent 39.95 for the product and 12.00 to ship it back to them and all that money is lost.
