Rick came to our home and was right on time to address our concerns. His integrity is unparalleled. We had no idea what was wrong. (Hiring the wrong person could have been costly) Thankfully, Rick’s expertise allowed him to address the problem have us fixed within a very short time and by him being honest and only fixing what was broken and not trying to sell us on things we didn’t need; he saved us thousands of dollars.
