He's the worst. If you're looking for a professional excuse generator, Rich is your man! If you're thinking about hiring this guy, he doesn't have a license. It was revoked. He got a DUI while he was working for me. He didn't say anything but I noticed he was being driven around. A quick internet search gave me confirmation. Because of this, I was at his mercy when it came to showing up at all. He plays the blame game very well.

Richard Lattin bounced up 50% of the charges in the middle of the work. Not trust worthy and I felt was robbed. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Initial meet with Richard Lattin went great. Seems like a nice guy. Install went okay. Took a lot longer than it should have. Promised to come out once installation was complete for a final installation of a small piece. Started dodging calls, lots of excuses and never returned voice mails and texts that I left once he received full payment. Lost all faith on his ability to cover any warranty that was promised. Would not recommend. Dishonest and unreliable.

Although Richard Lattin gives out a business card with a license number on it, his license has been revoked for years. He took months - with lots of broken appointments and excuses - to complete the last part of a job (that took about an hour when he finally finished up the installation). He claimed he never received my first check and then cashed it along with the replacement, kept promising to repay me and never did. I got a small claims judgement against him, but he is "judgement proof" because he owns nothing in his own name. Although his work is satisfactory, he is VERY dishonest and unreliable.
