He does not address the fact that his employee found that the valves to the new [redacted] A/C had been shut by the installers in Nov. 2014. When we turned it on the for the first time the a?C did not cool at all. The second cal was because the fan unit did not  work. The new unit he described was never insrtalled the three workers he sent out(the three [redacted]) took out the old electric motor and put in the new motor. Their installationwas defective because thewy had to come out two ore times because the fan blade kept hitting loose electrical cable in the old unit which would not have \happened if they had installed complete new unit. I think my "disrespect" towaRD HIS INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEE IS JUSTIF8ED(SEE PRECDIJHNG COMPALINT). everyone want respect even if they have notearned it. [redacted]

We have been in contact with the customer throughout the time their air conditioning stopped working properly.  We sent a local subcontractor to her residence to fix the unit, as she is located on Molokai and we are on Oahu.  We spoke to the customer today and agreed to fly...

one of our technicians up to Molokai on 11/14/16 to resolve the issue. We are also going to service all of her air conditioning units for free while we are up there for her troubles. It is unfortunate that this situation is on going due to the lack of knowledgeable [redacted] technicians on the island of Molokai.

complaint from Mr. [redacted]. [redacted], Our initial air conditioning installation took place in November of 2014 for his upstairs/downstairs living room and kitchen area. In January of 2015, we went back to Mr. [redacted] home to remove an existing a/c unit and replace it with a new [redacted] a/c unit to their master bedroom not a [redacted] A/C unit as it was listed.  In June of 2015, Mrs. [redacted] who is Mr. [redacted]’s wife had schedule a Preventative Maintenance Service for all units and at that point all air conditioning units were working properly.  During our busy season from May - October, we do our very best to get customers on our schedule for all types of services.  There are times that we are not able to go out the same day due to planned installation, services/repairs, preventative maintenance and estimates.  We will work with our customers to schedule all types of service when there are open slot times.We had received a call from Mrs. [redacted] (most of our phone communication was with her) letting us know that her master bedroom air-condition unit was not working.  The day that the service was scheduled, upon arrival Mr. [redacted] was very disrespectful to my technician.  I personally went out there to talk to him but got the same disrespect that my technicians received.  It was determined after we diagnose the A/C unit that one of the parts was bad and need to be replace to get the system up and running properly.  The part that was need, was not in stock and would take 3 weeks before the parts would be available.  I deiced that I was not going to make them wait so on July 18, 2015, I purchased a brand new indoor unit and pulled the part out to fix Mr. [redacted] air conditioning unit. Because he was disgruntle, I did not charge him for our labor or the part and the system is working properly. My company has done everything we could to accommodated Mr. [redacted] to get his air conditioning units up and running properly.  My company thrive to  providing the best customer satisficaiton with our craftsmanship, work ethics and customer service.  I’m am sad that Mr. [redacted] feels that way.Aloha,Francis A[redacted]Cool Living LLC.[redacted]
