We are sending previous emails of the temperature problem between the levels in question and that we did respond immediately and that there was no issue with the *** AC in question and that it was in the ducting and or the insulation that we did not provide and nor does any of our paperwork say
that we can acheive a equal temperature at all levels without doing zoning as we did later offer and that any money she spent trying to achieve this with using other companies was not achieved either. There was also a claim that the unit was years old and we are sending warranty registration and invoicing to prove we bought the parts 6/21/16.We would hope that we would never receive these types of complaints but ther are very few and I would contest the repairs in that I would reimburse her next year on a degree day if her upstairs is to the degree as the downstairs with the improvements as mentioned and that also we will need to see full invoices of these repairs done by other companies.In saying this I beleive you will find my plus years feild experience credible
