The *** *** *** was purchased on January 12, 2017. We received a call from the customer in March that he was having trouble with the vehicle. We advised the customer that he would have to bring the vehicle to us for us to consider any participation even though the vehicle was past
the days/mile warranty. Customer called and told us the vehicle was in *** Arizona to come and get it he didn’t want the vehicle anymore. He never mentioned anything about wanting a refund to us. We then received a phone call later from the *** ** *** advising us that the customer had made a complaint against us. Told the *** ** *** our side and they told us they would get back to us. A little later we received a callback from the *** ** *** explaining to us that they knew who the customer was and he has made several complaints on other businesses to them before us They sided in our favor and closed the case. It still stands if the customer would like to bring the vehicle to our mechanic we would be happy to look at the vehicle and see what kind of participation we can do. We have valued each and every one of our customers for the last years

In Mr. [redacted]’s case, the attendants were[redacted], a 26 year long employee and [redacted], a 19 year long...

employee. At NO timewere his pets given any food other than their own. His dogs were boarded for lessthan three days, and on the two full days that they spent with us, Mr. [redacted] came tovisit with and walk his dogs outside. They were outside of our building the first fullday for approximately 4 hours. On the second full day, they were outside ourbuilding for over 2 hours. At no time did Mr. [redacted] ever express concern over thecare of his dogs neither when he returned nor picked them up on either of these twodays. Furthermore, most pets who stay in any boarding facility are what we call “offtheir mark” for a day or so with their pooping, peeing, eating, and drinking habits.This is also expressly written on our website. In our opinion, this is the reason forMr. [redacted]’s complaint. As a gesture of goodwill, we are happy to refund 50% of Mr.[redacted]’s boarding bill.

We purchased a vehicle and waited for our license plate to come. The day before the temp plate expired we called them and was told that the owner still had the title and they were trying to get it from him. They would work on it within a week. In the meantime we shouldn't worry about driving the vehicle the cops would most likely not even pull us over for driving illegally and not to worry about it. We had a vehicle that we could not drive as of the next day because the temp tag expired. They never even tried to contact us to tell us they did not have our title and our temp plate was to expire. They said they would have to wait till the day the plate expired before they could give us another temp plate meantime we were unable to drive our vehicle. They were suppose to email us the new temp plate and when they failed to do that we had to call them again. At which point we were told that since the paperwork had not been done on time we now had the emissions expire and the vehicle had to be emissioned again before we would be able to get the registration and title. We still had no idea where the title to vehicle we bought was. At this time we had to schedule our time and take the vehicle down at our own expense to get the vehicle emissioned and be able to get the temp plate again to be legal to drive. We had to get our vehicle emissioned and they finally sent us a temp plate and we were then told we would have to wait for them to get the title and process the paperwork in order for us to receive our license plate. We feel this is very poor ownership and very unbusiness like practices. They should have never sold a car without having a title. But they sure had no problem taking our $6500 in cash immediately before letting us take the vehicle.
