In response to the complaint by Joshua G[redacted],I have attached the pre-release application, client contract and a copy of the Acceptance Letter from The Mesa House Inc.  Mr. G[redacted] sent us $35 to show his commitment to residing at The Mesa House Inc., upon release from the Arizona...

Department of Corrections.  We honored his wishes and saved a bed for him.  However, he never showed up.  We have an intake process that is initiated especially when a man comes from prison with an Acceptance Letter.  We informed Mr. G[redacted] that his deposit was forfeited when he failed to show up.  We did everything we said we would- we held a bed for him.  If he would have showed up we wouldn't be having this conflict.Mr. G[redacted] is more than welcome to apply for residency at The Mesa House Inc. in the future. I did show up at the Mesa house on the day I was released.the phone conversation  with the house manager  said I was on my own,so I slept outside in front of the parole office . The Mesa house did not honor it's agreement. The house manager even went as far as to contact my parole Officers. Why would he call him if there was no issues. The Mesa house did not honor it'seems agreement ! SincerelyJames G[redacted]
