I need my ac tuned up so I looked through the yellow pages and found Cool now with and awesome coupon which I got to use Patrick was the tech that came out that day and because he got stuck in heavy traffic he called me to let me know thatHe also updated me on his etaWhen he arrived he introduced himself and got to work on my AcHe gave me pointers on how to keep it running smoothly which I appreciatedHe was knowledgeable in his job and was very professionalI will call this company again and will recommend cool now to my friends

Caveat Emptor (Let The Buyer Beware) Shop around if you get a quote from these people and probably get for 3-thou lessWe "Bought Randy The Preacher's Sermon" and didn't get a second or 3rd Price had the Unit Installed that day (7PM) even though our old unit was still somewhat workingTook week's to get Surge Protector added (out of stock) just didnt have on truckThey have Day Price Match but they don't tell youWhen I was told by Inspector about it Too Late (they did Refund 1000) Still $more than I could have Purchased one at another , according to Cool Now MGMT (A Mom & Pop that wont be in Business Long) Company but Ridge has been in Business over yrsColdest days we've had we had no Heat called 9am Sat Tech showed up 3pm said They put wrong Heater in Inspector should have seen that would get fixed SunBy Mon no-one showed called tech 10am said next on List5Pm called made a Mistake thought you were someone else couldn't get part's on Sun (Lie , supposed to have accessibility 24-7) other Tech's arrived hr later and Replaced wrong part's with right part'sI would not They were Good on Previous Repair's to older unit But As Far AS I'am Concerned "They Stuck It Too Us" on a New Unit

It's March 5th in hot/muggy Florida and my air conditioner is on the fritzWhen Brandon C- from Cool Air - came to my house he explained the problems with the existing unit He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with his recommendation (which I was) Brandon is smart, thorough, and knowledgeable about his products He has excellent customer service skills and was a delight to work with I'm one happy camper!!!!

Our air conditioner went out on August 11, My husband has COPD and is very dependent on his oxygen and cool house temperature I called Cool Now, and they had Brandon and his buddy to our house in a very short time Brandon and buddy checked our system, discussed with us the options we had We made our choice and the work was completed on August 12, completely to our satisfaction I would highly recommend Cool Now and especially Brandon to any of our friends
Oh, by the way, we were offered a hotel room for the night by the company We did not use the offer, but the offer was appreciated

Our air went out on one of the hottest days this month and we called Cool NowThey sent out a technician " Lester " and he was VERY thorough and would not quit even through a rain storm till he finished the job and he finished it as soon as possibleHe explained the problem to us and even showed us the damaged partHis Supervisor " Mark " was very happy to hear the complete report of his employee and we thank him for the service they provided us

In 2014 I bought an air conditioning unit / compresser etc from Cool Now. A year later my bills had inclined and cool now says my venting was to blame. I had all venting replaced at which time the ceiling collapsed in my dining / living room. It took 3 months to complete the repairs new ceiling / paint. Then I paid for the venting in full and completed my business with Cool Now at a total cost of $5998 in 03/27/2014 and $5220 on 03/14/2015. Because I didn't pay in full as I was waiting for my ceiling disaster to be completed, Cool Now put my bill into a finance Bank . I have gone over this problem with Cool now and they said I signed and they have the right to make me pay the interest charges.. I was not aware that I signed for this financing,it was not explained to me and Cool Now knew I was paying in full at completion. I am now having to pay a bill at Synchrony Financial over $300 for nothing. Lesson learned read all paperwork carefully and don't do business with Cool Now / AndServices for your air problems.

On Saturday evening my A/C went out. I called Cool Now, and they were the only company that ANSWERED THE PHONE. Cool Now said they could have a technician there in two hours. Randy, the tech, called me twice to let me know his ETA. Courtesy. I was impressed. I already knew I would need a new unit, as this one was as old as my home, 1975. When Randy showed up (on time, at 8:45pm), he took the unit apart and SHOWED ME exactly why the unit was not running. Knowledge. Randy did not talk down to me, just because I was a women in distress. We discussed the new unit price, and when I said it was too high, we negotiated a new price. Randy discovered that when he turned the unit off, the fan motor continued to run. whoever worked on the unit before had rigged the wiring so that the fan never shut down. A big hazard, for the property and my electric bill. Randy had an electrician come out Sunday morning to shut the motor down. First thing Monday the technicians were there with the new unit to install. Before they could even start, they had to take care of a multitude of problems, because nothing was up to code. The technicians worked their butts off in the heat ALL DAY, and into the evening. When I came home from work, the tech, Jandre, showed me everything that had been done, the duct work, the electric, everything I asked about, he answered. After the unit was installed, Jandre came in to check the thermostat, and asked where the return filter was. I showed him, and he measured it, so I could replace it. Jandre was friendly, helpful and courteous. The techs also cleaned up the yard nicely, only leaving my shiny new unit, so quiet, I could barely hear it running. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They are professional from start to finish. Randy even called me that evening to make sure I was happy and satisfied. I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for", and this company proves it. They are worth the extra dollar because they go the extra mile to make sure EVERYTHING gets done. [redacted]
