As the President of this company, I will not put up with people who are abusive to my employees. The lady in question was out of line and swore numerous times at David who was simply trying to work out a difficult situation. Further, she did not have the skill set to plan for her
event and took it out on my employee in frustration. While our employee did lose his temper, it was only after her incessant ranting and raving and calling him names
Her product was delivered complete well in advance of her event
