Cool Solutions Inc.

Review: Cool Solutions installed two central air conditioning units in my home during August, 2012. I was verbally told that the units would qualify for LIPA rebates. I contacted Cool Solutions in November about my rebates and was told by [redacted] (the owner) that the rebates had not been submitted due to Superstorm Sandy, but that they would be submitted soon. In April, 2013, I again contacted Cool Solutions and was told that the paperwork had been submitted. As of June **, 2013, no LIPA rebates have been credited to my account. I have called and left numerous messages for [redacted] and he has yet to return my phone call. I have stopped in his storefront, only to have the secretary take my name and number once again. Today, June **, I called LIPA and they told me that no paperwork has been submitted to them for my rebates.Desired Settlement: I would like Cool Solutions to submit the paperwork to LIPA ASAP so that I may get my Energy Star Efficiency Rebates that have been due me for almost one year.
