I am rejecting this response because: I contacted this company approximately weeks ago during the week of March 14th and no one ever called me back though I was told someone would be contacting meI do not agree with paying this company more money to remedy the problem as I am requesting a COMPLETE refund of my money at this timeI do not wish to move forward with such a dishonest company

We were at Mr*** house on 09-27-2014....not *** repaired low voltage wiring at the furnace and installed new solenoid valve on the humidifierWe have not heard from Mr*** since thenHumidifiers need at least once per year maintanenceWe would be happy to come out again and
look at the humidifier problem, our diagnostic fee/trip charge is $165, parts will be billed depending on what needs replaced and our labor rate is $per hourI would also like to note that our company did not install Mr*** humidifier. Thank you,*** *** ***

We do provide a 90 day warranty on service calls, but this service call was performed in 2014. All humidifiers need continual maintanence and service. The homeowner can call the humidifier manufacturer and they will tell him the same thing. He may also call the HVAC company that installed his humidifier and ask them about the humidifier they installed and what maintanence needs done. The current problem that the homeowner is having with the humidifier is probably due to lack of maintanence.
