I am rejecting this response because:Per my notes on 9/23/17, the first initial call, I clearly stated to the Cool Temp representative that we were having an issue the machine dispensing ice AND to service the machine while they were thereWe were told that is why it took him almost hours and charged $on the first callWe paid him via check the same day after the service callA mere refrigerant leak weld does not take hoursThis is a clear fallacy in the company's responseThe old insulation as stated which was clearly visible should have been noted and/or replacedI can only speculate as to why they didn't choose to address that issueCool Temp is not accepting responsibility for bad workmanship and is backing away from their labor warranty. A clear lack in business ethics hereWe should not be invoiced for the two subsequent calls

Cool Temp, Incwas called out to fix and clean our ice machine over a two-day periodThe first day (7/26/16) the technician surmised that the machine needed a complete cleaning overhaul which he came out the next day (7/27/16) to performThe entire job took over hoursBy the time he was finished on the second day it was near the end of our business dayWe wanted our crew to be able to clean the machine in the future so the technician had began showing members of the kitchen crew how to perform the cleaningImmediately, though, the crew recognized that the work required was beyond their capabilities as it required disassembling various partsWe decided we would have Cool Temp out in the future to perform the cleaningsThe next day we noticed that the machine was not properly producing iceThe cubes were very thinWe called Cool Temp to come back which they didThe technician recognized that the machine had not been properly reassembledCool Temp ended up billing us for tha

The customer seems to be misunderstanding what took place on the service callsThere was never any initial preventive maintenance request, thus no PM service performedThis machine is about years old and was not well maintainedWe came out to fix the machine, because it was not producing ice
We found and repaired a refrigerant leakWe returned about three weeks later, because the machine was leaking waterThe machine was still making ice and our original work was not defectiveOur tech found a minute amount of water leakage due to a length of old insulation on a refrigerant line being rotted and an original self-tightening hose clamp being worn outWe addressed this issue as wellWe received another call from the customer about two months laterThe machine was not producing ice againOur tech found a burnt wire connection on the compressor power supply, and he repaired itThe machine then made ice againThis call was completely unrelated to the original work as wellAll three calls were not related to each other.When equipment gets old and has been used a lot, issues will eventually ariseThis has been the case hereI feel that has Cool Temp handled this customers service requests promptly and resolved the issue at hand each time with no defects in workmanshipI hope this helps everyone understand. On 9/23/17, we contacted Cool Temp upon seeing them listed on the *** (ice machine manufacturer) website as an authorized service rep in the *** area, as our ice machine was not dispensing iceWe requested that the ice machine be repaired and fully servicedThe tech spent 4-hours and we were billed $538, which was paid for promptlyA couple of weeks later, on 10/13/we contacted their office again as we were having the same symptom with the ice machine not dispensing iceSpoke to 'Mike' who was apologetic and said he would work with us on the service call costA few days later we received an invoice for $After I reached out to their office, we were told that the second call was due to an unrelated issue and was not covered under a service warranty Apparently, the full service and preventative maintenance we paid for on the first call did not address this issueWeeks later, on 12/6/17, our machine malfunctioned again with the same symptom Again, we calle
