Cool Touch Graphics takes claims very seriously We are committed to resolving issues that result with happy customers This customer had a lot of complaints but refused to bring his trailer to our location so we could evaluate and/or fix his issues that may have been warrantied We repeatedly asked him to bring the trailer to us, but he had outrageous demands that we should come to him to fix his concerns He has tried to bully us into meeting his demands by leaving numerous online complaints, and yesterday he charged back the full amount he paid us back to his card At this point in time we are willing to let him keep his full refund and go our separate ways indefinitely

I am rejecting this response because:
Cool Touch Graphics claim that I refused to take the trailer to them to fix the mistakes is a statement because I have an email exchange that shows I was willing to take the trailer to them to redo the work. Their claim that all of the money paid to them has been charged back to me is also not true because my bank cannot verify that any money has been charged back by ***.If Could Touch Graphics wants to part ways indefinitely then they need to refund back to my debit card the full amount of $3,Sincerely,

11/30/2017: Mediator emailed consumer for update.12/01/2017: I did receive the refund on my bank statement.  The owners of Cool Touch and I visited afterwards and reached an agreement.  They agreed to redo the work on the trailer and complete the other work for me, and in return I would cancel the complaint against them so it wouldnotbe public record.  They are in the process of doing work for me now and I will be leaving them a positive review after the work is completed.Please dismiss the complaint against Cool Touch Graphics.
