Cooler Smart

I would certainly not recommend this service nor this organization to anyone. I had service with them in multiple locations for several years, and received poor customer service, which worsened over the term that we had them. Technicians did not show when called, or would show up and complete only half the job. I followed the procedures outlined in my contract to terminate the contract, sent a letter via certified mail on December 1, and am still arguing with them to have coolers picked up. I have now been passed to 4 individuals, had to provide the same information repeatedly, and may finally be getting somewhere, but have been getting nothing but runaround in the process. Overall, horrible customer service and a product that is not worth this hassle!
