Cooler Tymes

I woke up this afternoon with no air conditioning. The air conditioner had run all night long, but was only blowing hot air. I called [redacted], and within an hour he was here and had the air blowing cold again to cool down the house on another over 100 degree June day! He works super fast, very professional, and has the most reasonable prices in the valley! Thanks [redacted] =) I would reccomend him to everyone!

We've been expecting our A/C to go out for a while now, and it did. Late June in Arizona is no time to be without A/C-it's hot & all HVAC companies are busy, busy!! 8:00 pm on a Monday I called Cooler Tymes & not expecting much, asked if they could possibly get someone out here to take a look at it. [redacted] said he was finishing up another job 2 miles away & would be here in 30 minutes. Texted me 10 minutes later saying he was on his way. We knew we needed a new unit & two months ago I had several companies come out to give me an estimate, quoting "thousands" of dollars, also saying that if we waited & it went out in the heat of summer it would cost "thousands" more & take days if not weeks to get someone to do it. We were terrified. There was no fixing our unit & [redacted] quoted us a price we were so happy with how could we NOT replace it?!? He was here first thing in the morning!! He educated me along the way-not only on my new unit, but what to watch for in the future on failing units. He texted me an hour after he left to see what the current temp was to make sure it was still cooling us down. We are so happy with [redacted], Cooler Tymes, our new unit, and the price. I cannot recommend this company enough.

We really loved working with Mike on our recent service. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and we appreciate the time he took with us to explain our system and upgrade options. His prices seem to be very reasonable and very competitive.

Excellent company. The owner repaired our A/C at 9:30 at night. Took him all of 10 minutes and one part. Very affordable rate, especially for after hours. I highly recommend this company.

I was in need of ac repair early on a Saturday morning. I was expecting to have to wait for awhile to get someone out seeing it was a weekend and the hottest day of the year. I called [redacted] at Cooler Tymes and was pleasantly surprised when he told me he could be at my home within the hour. This was at 7:30am. [redacted] arrived within an hour as promised and proceeded with troubleshooting my ac. He explained everything as he went and soon had my unit up and running as good as new. I was dreading the bill but was once again pleasantly surprised with the resonable price of the repair. Whould higly reccomend Cooler Tymes to anyone needing ac maintenance.
