Cooler World

Review: We purchased a University of Michigan water cooler from [redacted] When the machine stopped working, we contacted the owner, [redacted] and continued to talk to him about a resolution which he promised from the first phone call for almost a year. We have still not had a resolution even though we spoke to him or emailed him and his assistant numerous times during the last year. We were very patient with promises of a new cooler to fixing the cooler when he could not get an identical replacement. We would have been happy with any resolution that he offered but the promises remained unfulfilled. After such a lengthy period of time, I would hope that some resolution could have been successful.Desired Settlement: We are seeking either a refund, an acceptable replacement, or the fixing of the cooler we now have with free shipping both ways.
