[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it is not slanderous it is factThe people who related their stories are not made up or lyingA coworker told me she and her sister were scheduled to go to NY for St Patricks Day one year with your company and when you called to cancel you called the wrong numberThey waited for a bus that never showed upAnother person had a party of people going for a food festival and their trip was canceled they just did not go into the cityAnother person had people scheduled and when the bus cancelled on them one of the persons going decided they would driveMost people do not take the time to complain to the Revdex.comThe business is also incorrect in the fact that I have not traveled with them previouslyI have gone to NY on their bus other times1st time was somewhere around 1999-was the Saturday after thanksgiving friend of mine and I took our daughters to the [redacted] store and just a day in the city2nd time was with my mom and daughter to see the radio city christmas showThe third time was with my daughter & mom to see [redacted] that was a Wednesday in June when my daughter was in high schoolall those times we booked in advance and were told it is good to do so because the buses do often get filled upThis is one reason I booked the bus shortly after I bought my show ticketsIf the facts stated offend that is not my problem Regards, [redacted]
