sometimes even at a loss; other circumstances factor into our decisions. But to think we can operate a bus to NYC with only 2 reservations is a unrealistic request.The statements "One would think that a cancellation would occur only if weather or mechanically related" and "My guess is because of poor customer service" as stated in the complaint are inaccurate assumptions. We can not be held responsible for customer's assumptions. Our company has been in operation since 1914 and this is the first complaint we have had with the Revdex.com. We are proud of our customer service and our reputation for quality and dependability. I do not appreciate the comments "I have heard similar stories from others that have occurred", "the company has become unreliable", and "they cancel more and more buses". These accusations are slanderous and merely hearsay. This customer has never traveled with our company before and has no basis for such slanderous accusations.Again, the customer was refunded immediately for every cent that she paid. The customer made her own choices to incur additional expenses after our bus had been canceled, and after we had refunded her money in full. We will not reimburse her for additional expenses which she incurred outside of our company.

I am rejecting this response because: it is not slanderous it is fact. The people who related their stories are not made up or lying. A coworker told me she and her sister were scheduled to go to NY for St Patricks Day one year with your company and when you called to cancel you called the wrong number. They waited for a bus that never showed up. Another person had a party of 10 people going for a food festival and their trip was canceled they just did not go into the city. Another person had 4 people scheduled and when the bus cancelled on them one of the persons going decided they would drive. Most people do not take the time to complain to the Revdex.com. The business is also incorrect in the fact that I have not traveled with them previously. I have gone to NY on their bus 3 other times. 1st time was somewhere around 1999-2001 was the Saturday after thanksgiving friend of mine and I took our daughters to the [redacted] store and just a day in the city. 2nd time was with my mom and daughter to see the radio city christmas show. The third time was with my daughter & mom to see [redacted] that was a Wednesday in June when my daughter was in high school. all those times we booked in advance and were told it is good to do so because the buses do often get filled up. This is one reason I booked the bus shortly after I bought my show tickets. If the facts stated offend that is not my problem.

We closed our business. We live in Florida. The concrete cracked because of the deep freeze last winter.
