Our goal is always to make our clients happy with our work, and we want to work with Mr. [redacted] to resolve any issues that he has. We have reached out to Mr. [redacted] by phone and email, and await his reply. We will do everything we can to solve the issues to his satisfaction in a timely manner.
We have...
provided the customer with a mutually agreeable list and completed all of the items on the list with the exception of one issue. This issue is requiring the involvement of the pool cover manufacturer in order to make the modification customer is asking for. We have a meeting scheduled for Tuesday 9/13 with the pool cover representative and ourselves and the customer.
I am rejecting this response because:The work has not yet been completed. Once they finish the work, I will remove my complaint. We've met to discuss the resolution, but they have not given a projected start or completion date. Because I've been ignored so many times in the past, this is concerning... but hopefully I'll hear from them in a day or two so we can put this behind us.[redacted]
