I was replacing a flagged furnace near winter, he had a step solution, a timeline and handled every step he could before and after the initial install
He told me exactly what was required and why, he also told me what was not necessary and what to watch for in future estimates

Had a great experience with ChoolHeat, Chad the lead tech. was very professional, we had a problem with our water tank being in the way so Chad and his assistant worked very hard moving it to a better location as well as putting the furnace in. We had a unexpected spot check from a inspector and he said the job was well done. Out of six quotes including the one from Ray R[redacted], they were the best priced and best for warranty parts labour, and included Maintenace over a ten year period.
