once again pat makes false statements, as with all the other work on her home and her couch she bought, she makes a complaint and tries to get a discount i will go back to her house straighten any grids that might be crooked and paint any screws white. thats all
This person has gone above and beyond being extreme and hard to work with. we use black self taping screws in all our jobs and this has never been an issue, as a matter of fact most screen companies use the same screws we do. Pat complains about gaps in her grid bars which is actually the seam...
of the bars, every grid bar on every screen in the valley has the same seam its the way the metal is manufactured. I offered to come over to her house again and look at the screens and that still stands. we try to make all of our customers happy anyway we can and in the past we have gone above and beyond what most screen companies will do to achieve that . pat was a referral from her friend who was a pleasure to work with and loves her screens and yes we used the same screws on her fiends house. as a final note pat has related that she has had issues with every contractor that has worked on her house and in the beginning was looking to get a discount upfront..... no sales tax etc. this is a silly complaint and we can go to court if she wants because her complaint is without merit
