My home warranty company sent them out to my home when my ac unit stopped workingFrank was rude on the phone and it took several days for them to get someone out to my houseThe service technician was nice but was really slow! He would walk back and forth to his truck getting one tool at a timeHe wrote on the paperwork that he was at my house for hours even though he was not there that longHe said the compressor was out and I'd here back from Frank which I never didMy home warranty company called me several days later saying that they just spoke with Frank and he told them they don't service my type of unitIf that is true, the service technician should have known that and not fiddled around and billing my warranty company for hours of service! My warranty company sent another company out who came out the same day and even though they have to order the part, they have already shown me what a professional company is like! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!
