Dec, 2019 Coolkicks launched an app to sell shoes online. App was not successful and they said to reach out for a refund. I emailed but no refund.
On December 2019, cool kicks released on app that required a monthly subscription of *** I signed up for the app but the app never worked. Upon a failed app release, cool kicks told the public to email them for a refund of the *** purchase. I have emailed them on 4 different ocasión through gmail but have not received a reply. I would normally let this go but it is poor practice to steal money from customers. The account that needs to be refunded is *** This is the account that I signed up with. The payment method was with a credit card ending in *** and the funds were charged in December 1st, 2019. I attached a picture of the charge below.

Establishment has sold me a counterfeit item and has refused to help me with any form of compensation for the amount I had paid, given that they are a second hand shoe store and sell new and used shoes. I tried to sell the shoes back to them while at the time I did not know they were counterfeits and they refused to buy them. I took them to another store and they refused to buy them as well and at that moment they had told me that they were not a legitimate shoe and asked where I got them, I said CoolKicks and he said it was odd that they did that.

Refund I would like to have the money I spent on these shoes back or a credit to there store or an item if equal value that is not counterfeit product. I would also like the store to have better practices on checking shoes they buy from people that come in and actually pay attention to prevent this for future situations.
The complaint should no longer be made and has been resolved
