Murray's Plumbing is the only service provider for plumbing for the *** and *** Home Warranty programI had a leak under the sink that I requested to be fixed that was found by the home inspectorThe Murray's plumber came out turned on the faucet and the dishwasher shone a flashlight for awhile and announced that there was no leakAfter he left, I saw a few little splashes in the cupboard and determined that the leak looked like it was coming from the small hoses attached to the faucetI called Murray's and requested them to come out again under the same claim (I had already paid $deductible)The guy said he would send out ** againI said I preferred someone elseHe said the only other person was him for SaturdayI said that is fine and he hung up on meminutes later he called and said that faucets are not covered and that was thatOther than the lady that answers the phone, this company has the lousiest customer service of any service company I have ever used in Maryland I did not get my leak fixed even though it was coming (obvious to me and not to the Master Plumber?) from the small hose that attaches to the faucet to the water supplySo I guess these small hoses are part of the faucet?? Not a good experience and I am out $for nothing!!!!

Murray's was assigned to us by our home warranty service. Office called me Monday morning and said they have an appointment for the next morning. They came out at the scheduled time frame. Replaced the broken garbage disposal and freed blockage in the bathroom sink. Everything turned out fine. Overall, job was completed - all was OK. I would use Ski's again.

Had a service call through AHS, contractor from Murray's showed up on time, Very professional, hassle free service, he replaced my sump pump and paid just the deductible. Very satisfied with this contractor's plumbing service so far!!

Murrays plumbing responded to the leaking pipe under my kitchen sink promptly and sent a technician to repair it the next day. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the needed repair and efficiently completed the work

I had a water leak both in the basement and at the base of the stairs coming down from the second floor to the main floor of the house. I didn't know the source of either leak, so I called Murrays Plumbing and asked to have George to come out, because he had recently installed a hot water heater for me and I was very pleased with his work. George and Ray came out and they were able to locate the source of the water. It was coming from the shower in the upstairs bathroom, but it was manifesting itself in both places described above. They had to cut holes in the drywall in the basement wall (and ceiling) to be able to reach the bad pipes. They were able to fix the problem and I was very happy with the results. George is going to have Mike, the drywall contractor, to contact me about fixing the wall and the part of the ceiling that needs replacing. Also, while they were here, I asked George to repair my shower valve which was installed backwards (previous work, not his!) and he did that as well. I am very definitely pleased with the work that the Murrays Plumbing teams have done for me, I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done (emergency or otherwise!). Murrays Plumbing is a great company. The service I received was outstanding. I highly recommend them to everyone.

When my it roommate started asking a million questions, annoying the bejeezus out of the worker, the company showed the utmost professionlism and finished the job. They installed a new water heater and brought the heater up to code. Everything works perfect, and they were quick with the work. After not having hot water for a week, they had it working again within an hour, once my roommate finally let them do their work.

Above and beyond service:
The company came out when no one else would during the blizzard. To repair a leak for us. It's great to find a company so dedicated to their customers.

I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response and professional treatment by this company. This business was provided by my home warranty service. I received a call back on Sunday evening following my initial call. The scheduler offered to send the plumber the following day but it was not convenient for me. She then called Monday and provided me a window of time the plumber would arrive at my home. She called me to tell me he was on his way to my home. He assessed the problem, replaced my garbage disposal and was on his way. Grateful to have a very positive experience. Thank you Murray's.
